What do we do?
Helping investors live their deam lifestyle through property investment
We buy houses in great locations with potential for development. These houses are transformed into high quality HMO’s that are let usually to students (if near a university) or to young professionals (typically close to town centres). Through the transformation of the property we add considerable value, typically between 20% to 25% of the purchase price. These projects are capital intensive in the first 6 – 12 months, until the work is completed and the property is fully let and refinanced.

Comercial to residential conversions
We look for commercial premises which can be converted to residential units, these are premises like pubs, surgeries and offices. This includes taking it from planning stage through to full completed development ready for refinance or sale. These are longer term projects taking between 9 months and 24 months. The projects are fully managed which allows you the client to enjoy the benefits without the pains.
